Tommy serves as a Vice President of Business development and drives new go to market strategies, client acquisition, and program delivery initiatives with HWL partners. With over 17 years of business development and team leadership experience (specifically in healthcare), he has been serving healthcare client partners since 2006.
 
He brings a unique insight on the marketplace having lead enterprise initiatives with the Nation's largest healthcare providers in the healthcare technology, locums and telemedicine industries. He holds an MBA and MHA from Georgia State University and a BS from The University of Georgia.

Jeff Niles

Jeff Niles joined HWL in 2018 and currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare contingent workforce management, Jeff has led sales, implementation, and client services for some of the largest and most influential healthcare organizations in the nation, installing technology solutions in over 3,000 hospitals across 50 states and the UK.

Prior to joining HWL, Jeff was VP of Sales and Marketing for ShiftWise, one of the first and largest VMS platforms in the healthcare industry. Jeff led sales and marketing for over 10 years at ShiftWise, growing the business to over $1B in spend managed. Jeff stayed on after the acquisition of ShiftWise by AMN, leading the sales effort and resulting in the highest annual revenue on record upon his departure.

Leigh S. Hamby, MD, MHA

Leigh is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for Piedmont Healthcare. He joined Piedmont Hospital in 2001 as a physician advisor and later became its first Chief Quality Officer, expanding to system CMO in 2010. As system CMO, Dr. Hamby oversees medical staff issues across Piedmont hospitals, supplements entity CMOs, and focuses on quality and safety programs. An Atlanta native, Leigh earned a bachelor’s in chemistry and biology and a Doctor of Medicine from Emory University, as well as a master’s in health administration from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2000. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center and a healthcare improvement fellowship at Dartmouth Medical School. Board-certified in Surgery, he practiced in Dothan, Alabama, until 2001. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Christian Education at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Valerie has led projects that increased Indeed applicants by over 200% in a single quarter and added over half a million new candidates to Humana’s CRM, demonstrating her expertise in data analysis and market research to achieve impactful results. As a strategic and empathetic recruiter, she prioritizes candidate experience and relationship-building, implementing successful strategies that align with Humana’s mission of improving health outcomes for Florida’s senior population. Valerie has a passion for driving healthcare innovation and transformation while always putting people first.
